Shipping Price within Hong Kong: HKD$38 up per order (Each additional item will charge HKD$10)
Shipping Price for China, Macao and Taiwan: HKD$78 up per order (Each additional item will charge HKD$20)
International Shipping Price (Air mail with tracking): HKD$108 up per order (Each additional item will charge HKD$30)
RETURNS & REFUND
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on daymakercreatives.shop are eligible for return which must meet the following conditions:
The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping, exchange shipping fee and arrange return courier.
Little Things will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
Little Things reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
Please note that sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to exchange for you if the size is not suitable.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please send a request for a return authorization to e-mail - info@littlethingshk.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive a return authorization e-mail and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us on the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
For the items that delivery type is “Pick Up” will not be accepted for refund after items picked up, please check the items immediately at pick up spot.
